In appreciation of your continuous support to our Value-Added Package, we will initiate a more convenient magnetic membership card system instead of the coupons. This new system will be in effective from mid-April, 2010, and the previous package will gradually transformed into our new magnetic card system. Here is the detailed information on the New Package:

 

Individual Membership Program:


VIP Package : --RMB 20,000.

Silver Package : --RMB 50,000.

Golden Package : --RMB 100,000.

2. All the packages can be used in whole treatments, including implant, orthodontics and
other complicated surgery in all of our clinics.
3. The package is available to your family members and friends only when approved by yourself.
4. There’s NO expiration date on these packages.

Notification for the individual membership card:
1. The Package cannot be combined with other discount programs of our clinics.
2. The Package is non refundable.
3. Please take good care of the package card; DDS will take no responsibility for any lost.
4. 1 bonus point = 1 RMB in Card, all the bonus points can be used in all treatment in clinics.And the bonus
points are not refundable.
